If you're using the FreeStyle Libre 3 app^◊◊:

Your data is automatically uploaded to LibreView without the need to scan.^Δ.

If you're using the FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader:

Go to LibreView.com to create or log in to your LibreView account and download the LibreView Device Drivers for your Reader. Once you have installed the drivers you can upload glucose data into your LibreView Account by connecting your device to your computer with a compatible data cable. Click on the Press to Begin Upload button on the Upload Device screen. Remember to upload your reader data at least once every 90 days.
