Ingredients:

1 large avocado
1/2 cup (120 mL) unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup (120 mL) maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp (7.5 mL) vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1/2 cup (120 g) coconut flour
1/2 cup (120 mL) unsweetened dutch-processed cocoa powder
1/4 tsp (1.5 g) sea salt
1 tsp (3.4 g) baking soda
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1:
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F

Step 2:

In a blender or food processor, blend the avocado, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Step 3:
Transfer this blended mixture to a large bowl, then whisk in the eggs.

Step 4:
Now, it’s time to stir in the coconut flour, cocoa powder, sea salt, and baking soda until everything is well combined.

Step 5:
Pour the batter into a greased 8 × 8-inch baking dish.

Step 6:
Bake the brownies in your preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remember, you can adjust the time depending on how fudgy or cakey you like your brownies!

Step 7:
Allow your brownies to cool for about 20 minutes, then cut them into 16 pieces. You can add a pinch of cinnamon as a garnish if you like!
