I now have less anxiety and fear related to unexpected glucose fluctuations, especially during sleep or exercise. And because life can travel at full speed, the alarm reminders¤ allow me to check in with my glucose management more frequently.

For me, the most valuable aspect of the FreeStyle Libre 2 system is its comprehensive reporting feature. These reports provide a big picture of my glucose readings, helping me make sense of daily patterns and trends.φ At certain times of the day, I tend to have slightly lower glucose levels. So, by analysing the low glucose event reports, I can pinpoint when I experience lows, empowering me to fine-tune my insulin management and dietary choices more effectively.
The estimated HbA1c report offers a snapshot of my average glucose levels, which helps me to set achievable diabetes goals and actively engage in managing my diabetes. The detailed reports and data have supported more meaningful discussions with my healthcare team,₼ leading to more personalised diabetes management care.
