Yes. If you are currently using the FreeStyle Libre 2 or FreeStyle Libre 3 sensors, you will need a new prescription for the FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus or FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor. Discuss with your healthcare provider which sensor might be appropriate for you.
FreeStyle Libre 2 and FreeStyle Libre 3 sensors will continue to be available through September 30, 2025.
