Abbott Diabetes Care (“Abbott”) warrants that the FreeStyle Libre reader (“Reader”) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and shall be of satisfactory quality for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase provided it is not modified, altered or misused. This Limited Warranty is valid if the Reader is defective in material or workmanship, and it has been used only in accordance with the User‘s Manual. Abbott’s sole obligation is to replace the Reader, free of charge, with a same or alternative meter as determined by Abbott in its sole discretion. Your replacement may be a different model or type. This Warranty covers only the Reader and does not cover disposable accessories, extends only to the original purchaser, and is not assignable or transferable. This warranty does not affect or preclude any other rights which the user may have by law.
