If you receive an App Permission message asking you to enable Bluetooth you will need to turn ON Bluetooth access for the FreeStyle LibreLink^◊ app.

• iOS: Go to your phone settings, select the FreeStyle LibreLink app and enable Bluetooth
• Android: Go to your phone settings select Apps> FreeStyle LibreLink> Permissions> Nearby Devices> Allow.
